How long we keep information
Your personal information will be stored securely and will be kept until you advise us otherwise or revoke your consent. Certain information we may need to store after you withdraw consent, for example data that we are required to keep by law, or by our regulators (including Ofcom, PPL and PRS).

RAW Executive Committee
RAW is run by an Executive Committee comprised of elected members. It may be necessary to share your personal information to some, or all, of the executive committee for the reasons listed above, such as providing RAW’s services. Data will only be shared when necessary and will be removed when it is no longer required for its intended use.
RAW Members
It may sometimes be necessary to share personal information with RAW Members for the following purposes:

Warwick Student’s Union
We have a joint controller relationship with Warwick Student's Union. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: RAW is an unincorporated charitable association, recognised by Warwick Student’s Union. It may be necessary under certain circumstances to share information collected with Warwick Student's Union, and we may receive personal data from the Student’s Union for the purposes described above.
The University of Warwick
Part of RAW’s network is provided by The University of Warwick’s IDG Networks team. Connection information, including IP addresses, may be collected or shared with The University of Warwick for the purposes of maintaining the network, and preventing spam and other malicious activity.
Others we share personal information with
- Organisations we need to share information with for safeguarding reasons, such as The University of Warwick and Warwick Student’s Union.
